Rapper GloRilla was charged with felony drug offenses following a reported burglary at her Georgia residence, only hours before taking the stage at the WNBA All-Star Game in Indianapolis.

Authorities from the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office responded to an early-morning call around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday at a home registered to the rapper, legally named Gloria Hallelujah Woods. Reports from WSB-TV and TMZ indicate that GloRilla was not present at the time of the incident.
Later that evening, GloRilla delivered a high-energy performance at the WNBA All-Star Game at Indianapolis' Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Her set included popular tracks such as “Let Her Cook,” “Typa,” and “TGIF.”
The investigation revealed that three unidentified individuals unlawfully entered the property. An occupant inside the residence reportedly opened fire on the suspects, prompting them to flee. Officials noted that the intruders were not believed to have sustained any injuries during the encounter.
As deputies conducted a search of the premises, they detected a strong odor of marijuana. A sizable quantity of the substance was subsequently discovered in a bedroom closet. In addition to marijuana possession, GloRilla now faces a charge for possession of a controlled substance.
Forsyth County Sheriff Ron Freeman acknowledged the complexity of the case. “The homeowner is a victim of a serious crime, and we are committed to bringing the suspects to justice,” he said. “At the same time, we must continue to uphold and enforce the law in all aspects of this case.”
On Tuesday, GloRilla voluntarily surrendered to the Forsyth County Jail. She was released shortly after on a $22,260 bond. No public statements have been issued by either her representatives or the sheriff’s office in response to media inquiries.
GloRilla previously faced legal trouble just over a year ago when she was arrested on DUI charges in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
